Shipping
We offer a variety of shipping methods. Â For standard shipping we use USPS Priority mail. Need it faster? Â We are able to offer expedited shipping with UPS and Fedex.
Order processing may take up to 3 days or longer if we need to order a special garment. After your order has been processed, we ship it.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the processing time of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Processing Times:
Please allow for at least one week for your order to be prepped for shipping. This may change at any time depending on order volume at the time.
Stolen Packages:
Sicklerville Apparel, LLC is not liable for any stolen packages. If you have a problem receiving your mail, please purchase the shipping insurance for your order. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you suspect that your package was lost by the USPS, you can file a claim HERE.
Damages:
Sicklerville Apparel, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For any other issue contact us within 72 hours with your order number and it will be handled at our discretion.
